Bluebeam PDF Revu Standard Edition is the ideal PDF solution for firms that need a smart, simple and affordable solution to create, markup, edit and manage PDF files.
Bluebeam adds buttons to the toolbars of Word, Excel and PowerPoint for one click PDFs and batch creation. For all other Windows files (WordPerfect, Outlook, image files, etc.) Bluebeam includes the Bluebeam PDF printer. Writing files to PDF and nine other file formats is as simple as printing a file. Standard Edition includes an intuitive PDF editor with markup and takeoff tools, and Bluebeam Studio for online collaboration.

PDF Editing
PDF Editing saves time by allowing you to change the PDF without recreating it from the original file. Easily edit the PDF by adding or deleting text, customizing the font and font color, changing the layout and more. PDF Page Editing gives you the ability to add blank pages, delete, extract and rotate pages as well as copy and paste true text from your PDF into Word and other MS Office files.
PDF Creation
After installation, Bluebeam will integrate into your MS Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and install three buttons at the top of your Office interface. With the click of a button, your PDF is created. Bluebeam batch allows you to convert countless Office files to PDF in a single batch. Bluebeam PDF Revu includes a scan to PDF option and PDF packages.
PDF Markup
Included with the Bluebeam PDF creation software is Revu for PDF markup and editing. Within Revu, you will find an extensive list of markup tools including a pen, highlighter, typewriter, text box, symbols, images and stamps to customize your PDF. Included with this helpful application is the option to save frequently used markups in the Tool Chest for easy access, add links to markups that open websites, local files or jump to a page in the PDF, making it easier than ever to access critical data.
PDF Forms
PDF files containing form fields are easily viewed and completed with Revu. Bluebeam automatically recognizes a PDF form and allows you to fill in text, select from a drop down list, check boxes, select radio buttons and press Submit or Reset buttons. Saving filled or partially filled forms to your hard drive helps you avoid losing any work.
Digital Signatures
Create digital signature fields, certify documents and add digital signatures to PDF files. Bluebeam's intelligent technology can detect if the file has been altered after being signed so you can send your secure documents with peace of mind.
Bluebeam Stapler
The Bluebeam Stapler is a stand-alone program that effortlessly binds many different types of documents. With Stapler you can combine a number of different files ranging from Office documents to images files. Stapler allows you to either bind files to create one single PDF, or create a single PDF for each separate file.

Bluebeam Studio allows you to connect, create and collaborate with anyone, anywhere, at any time. Simply upload your PDFs to Studio and invite attendees from across the globe to view and comment on your PDFs. Chat and add markups to the same PDF together in real-time or separately on your own. Markups and chats are tracked in a Record that links back to the PDF to easily review session activity. You can even create a report of your Studio session to archive or share with your team. File Access
Bluebeam's File Access tab displays a list of recently opened PDF files that can be previewed or reopened with a mouse click. Pin and organize commonly used files by folder, or group by category for quicker access. To further streamline the way you work with PDF, Bluebeam integrates into ProjectWise and SharePoint document management systems so you can easily retrieve and check-in documents directly from Revu's interface.

Advanced PDF features in Revu allow you to customize your PDF to create a polished document. Flags and bookmarks can link to PDF pages, hyperlinks, separate files or an area of a PDF page. Add file attachments to send information rich documents to clients or colleagues. Check markups, form fields and PDF text for spelling mistakes and save frequently used forms and documents as PDF templates. Color processing capabilities allow you to change the colors in a PDF or change a PDF from color to grayscale.

AutoCAD LT
AutoCAD LT 2004 - 2011
AutoCAD LT is supported by the Bluebeam PDF printer. A two button toolbar is added to AutoCAD LT which uses the Bluebeam PDF printer to create PDF files.

The Bluebeam PDF printer works with all Windows and CAD applications installed on your PC; i.e., AutoCAD LT, Revit, Autodesk Inventor, MicroStation, Pro/Engineer, Unigraphics.
64-bit Compatibility
The 64-bit version of Bluebeam PDF Revu Standard Edition is compatible with Windows XP x64, Vista x64, and Windows 7 x64. The 64-bit version of Bluebeam PDF Revu 8.0 also installs the 32-bit MS Office plug-ins.
